Last year Maylee Todd released her first track in 7 years, 'No Other', her first release on Stones Throw. Maylee's R&B-infused electronica suits the record label from head to toe, with fellow signees including Sofie, Mndsng, and Sudan Archives. Maylee Todd announces her Stones Throw debut album Maloo with a new single, 'Show Me'. The album, dropping 4th March, 2022, is a collection of science fiction lullabies. 'Show Me' is crafted from silky synth pads and bouncy marshmallow bass, both of which marry Maylee's plush vocals wonderfully; the line 'Show me your heart' resonates with the help of the inflated accompanying backing vocals. The video was conceived, created and animated entirely by Maylee and the song was produced by Maylee and Kyvita. Maylee performed on the track with the Yamaha Tenori-on, an electronic sequencer designed and created by the Japanese artist Toshio Iwai.
